Delete your Vaulta account

Last updated: 12 September 2026

You can delete your Vaulta login and the personal data associated with it at any time, from inside the app or by contacting us. This page explains what is deleted, what is kept, and how to do it.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open Vaulta and sign in.
2. Go to More → Settings & Security.
3. Under Delete Account, tap Delete Account, then enter your password or PIN to confirm.

The deletion takes effect immediately: you are signed out on every device and the login can no longer be used.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@lucencrest.com from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you registered with, using the subject "Delete my Vaulta account". We will verify that the request comes from you and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, email address and username are removed from your account.
• Your PIN and password are erased, and every session and registered device is signed out.
• Your membership in workspaces run by other people (as staff or as a customer with a login) is removed, and your login is unlinked from their customer records.

What is kept, and why

• Ledger records are business records. If an operator recorded money they hold for you, their transaction history stays in their workspace; your login is unlinked from it. Ask the operator directly to change or remove your details from their records.
• Workspaces you own are retained so that the people whose money you recorded, and any staff, still have a consistent history. If you want an owned workspace and all of its data removed as well, say so in your email and we will delete it once no other member depends on it.
• An anonymised audit-log entry records that the account was deleted, as the law requires for financial record-keeping.

Before you delete

Export any statements you need first. Deletion cannot be undone.
