Nothing is ever deleted
Corrections are recorded as reversals that offset the original, so the history always shows what actually happened.

Who did it, when, and from which device. An audit trail sits behind every balance, and an auditor role can read it without touching anything.
Exact arithmetic
Balances are computed with exact decimal maths, never floating point, and are rechecked against the full ledger.
Locked on your phone
PIN plus fingerprint or Face ID. Repeated wrong attempts lock the account, sessions expire, and devices can be signed out remotely.

Frequently asked
Is Vaulta a bank or a mobile wallet?
No. Vaulta never holds or moves money. It is a ledger: it records your own income and expenses, and the money you already hold on behalf of others, so that everyone involved sees the same balance and the same history.
Can I use it just for my own budget?
Yes. Create a workspace, record income and expenses into your own accounts, and never add a customer. Everything else, including recurring entries, statements, zakat and offline use, works the same way.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Recording entries, browsing accounts and generating statements all work offline. Changes queue on the phone and sync as soon as you are connected again.
Can my customers see their own balance?
Yes. Link a customer to their phone number and Vaulta issues them a one-time PIN. They log in, see their accounts and history, and get a notification whenever you record something for them. They cannot change anything unless you allow them to submit requests, and even then you approve each one.
Which currencies are supported?
Any ISO currency. Choose the ones your workspace uses from the full catalogue in the workspace settings, and add more at any time.
Can I run more than one business?
Yes. Create a workspace for each business or household and switch between them with one login. Customers, staff and balances never mix across workspaces.
How much does it cost?
Vaulta is free to download and use today. Any future paid plans for larger workspaces will be announced on this page before they apply.
Is there an iPhone app?
The iPhone version is being prepared. Android is available now as a direct download from this site.
